“Every minute I breathe is a minute of my life I’m investing.” -Liz Strauss
The common thought is that there is not enough time in the day, that sleep is not a priority or something to grasp in this lifetime. Our breathing is even taken for granted. In our lack of intentionality we tend to breathe in life through shallow breaths that leave us unfulfilled and restless.
“The way you live today impacts your tomorrow.” -John Maxwell, Today Matters, p.3
Are you breathing deeply or flying to catch your breath today?
Today, I am breathing deeply and I am filled with gratefulness.
(inhale …1-2-3-4, hold ….14-15-16, exhale …6-7-8)

Yes, I think the way you live today impacts your tomorrow.
We should breath, at least three times at day slowly inhalling counting to four, retain till you can and exhale counting seven. You can hold your breath any time for more seconds…
You can just stay, breathing trying not to think but without fighting with your brain that continuously think and replays your memories.
Give peace and feel the peace.
I am amazed and horrified at how quickly I want to brush deep breathing to the side and run off to the next thing, whatever that may be. The question is, am I willing to ‘let go’ of enough, in order to take in 3 simple deep breaths?
